After more than a decade recruiting in Singapore’s PR & Communications industry, I know that great hiring isn’t about volume but precision, and I know what makes a perfect match.  

Originally from the UK, I’m British and African with an Australian and Chinese Malaysian husband, and a very energetic toddler, so diversity and culture are a part of who I am. I bring that same real, human approach to every partnership. 

I founded The Shortlist to do things differently. Working with just five clients so I could work smarter, not harder to deliver talent solutions that I’m really proud of.

So yes, The Shortlist is a one-woman show, but that’s exactly the point. No junior recruiters, no handovers, just deep industry expertise, sharp instincts, and a commitment to getting it right.
